ts of 3829 proteins encoded by genes of H37Rv (MTB standard strain) and 433 proteins encoded by genes of CDC1551(pathogenic strain).Recombinant or native proteins are spotted onto the surface of a solid support, such as glass slide by spotting machine efficiently. Based on the specific application, we adopt different substrates. The whole production processes including spotting and fixing were made under low temperature for ensuring the activity of proteins in protein chips. All protein chips are stored at -80℃ until just before the experiment.
