Service Introduction:
Recombinant lentiviruses use the cis-acting elements of the virus to carry the foreign expression or regulation system. Through the infection of the target cell by the virus, the foreign expression or regulation system is integrated into the genome of the target cell. The transformants obtained sustained and stable high expression of foreign genes.
In vitro experiments are mostly used to infect various difficult-to-transfect cell lines and establish cell lines that stably express or silence the target protein.
In vivo experiments can be used for gene therapy, preparation of animal models, etc.
