Service Introduction:
Fluorescence quantitative PCR (qPCR) includes SYBR Green (fluorescence dye incorporation method) and Taqman Probe (probe method). During the exponential amplification of PCR, the amount of specific products can be determined immediately by continuously monitoring the changes in the intensity of the fluorescent signal. Finally, the standard template is used to quantitatively analyze the unknown template or the CP value changes to compare the differences in gene expression between different samples.
Absolute quantification: The test sample is tested for a specific gene and the copy number of the gene in the sample is determined.
Relative quantification: The sample to be tested is tested for a specific gene and the relative expression of the tested gene relative to a specific housekeeping gene and the gene in the experimental group relative to the control group is determined.
