Service Introduction:
The cell cycle refers to the time elapsed from the end of cell division to the end of the next cell division, and is an important experiment to evaluate the value-added ability of cells. The laboratory mainly uses flow cytometry to detect the cell cycle. The principle is as follows: Propidium iodide (Propidium, PI) is used in combination with DNA, and its fluorescence intensity is proportional to the DNA content. Therefore, the intracellular DNA content was detected by flow cytometry, and the cell percentage corresponding to each cycle was calculated for each cell cycle corresponding to the obtained flow histogram.
