Service Introduction:
Cell proliferation is an orderly process of DNA replication and cell division under the control of cell cycle regulators. It is an important indicator of cell activity. Detecting cell proliferation is one of the most common cell experiments. The value-added testing methods commonly used in this laboratory are MTT method and its derivative method MTS and similar method CCK8. The dehydrogenase in active cells reduces the reagents to colored products, and the microplate reader is used to detect the OD value. Within a certain range, the OD value is considered to be proportional to the number of living cells, so as to compare the living cell concentrations of different treatment methods.
